The Mick Sharp Memorial Band Room
Home of the Avonbank Evesham Brass Band & Training Band
The 18th November 1996 was a landmark date in the history of Avonbank Evesham Brass Band. That date marked the opening of their own band room.

With the help of a Lottery Grant the old Chapel was converted into a superb facility. The hall is named after one of the bands founding Members Mick Sharp. Mick Sharp is the percussionist who can be seen in this photograph on the back row in the far right position.
The band room has both central heating and air conditioning and is alarmed. To improve acoustics the main area is carpeted with heavy curtains at the windows.
The hall has a well equipped kitchen with kettle, cooker, microwave and fridge. There are toilets with disabled access.
The address of the band is :- Avonbank (Evesham) Brass Band, The Leys, Off Port Street, Evesham WR11 3AP
The hall is hired to various organisations in Evesham who enjoy the facilities at a very reasonable hourly rate.
If you wish to enquire about hiring the band room email the band secretary Carole Smith or call her on 01386 422778
